I just want to say thanks for this great course. I have been working through the course over the last 3 months and try to do this several times a week.
I originally jumped on this course through your youtube channel when I hurt my knee 3 months ago. I couldn't train as intensely and this was great to do what I could at my own pace. In fact it was the best decision I ever made.
I only just started training one year ago(kickboxing/muay thai) and I'm 42 years old, I don't think I'll go in the ring but I want to learn and train like I would. I want to feel confident that what I'm learning will give me the ability to go in the ring if I ever choose to, even if it is just once.
I'm back at the dojo once a week now and getting some light sparring in and wow what a difference!! The guys who I found challenging, find me challenging now! Only after 3 months! All that goes through my head is HEAD, BODY, HEAD, occupy space, more kicks to the legs, fake, and leg movement, and I'm doing more than one move I'm doing combos now. I must have tripled the kicks to my opponents legs just getting that timing right, I felt like I was controlling the fight more with the occupying space. It's very exciting to see progress!!
The guys at the guy are not professional fighters, some have had a few amateur fights. But still to see such quick progress is fantastic.
Now my knee is better. My plan is to stay with bazookatraining and just go to the dojo once a week to get some sparring in. I feel like I'm getting more value from bazookatraining than the dojo.
Keep up the great videos.
