I was watching a video the other day on baiting opponents. Instead reacting to what they do you should get them to punch or kick so you can throw a particular counter.
What were some of your favorite things to draw your opponent into a trap?

Hey Tim! When I draw someone in, I really focus on their step forward. When they step forward that was my opportunity to attack with my low kicks. When someone steps forward, or throw a punch they put the weight on the lead leg which lets you get a “free” low kick. That’s my personal favorite.
You can definitely throw some thing for them to react and then you counter back. A good video for that would be to watch on the channel is Counter the Counter. Also When setting these traps up you don’t want to open yourself up. So I also use the concept of occupying space.
